HOW TO ORDER
Please select which material you would like your cupcake toppers to be from the drop down box, icing sheets are the best quality as wafer card and wafer paper are transparent, wafer card is thicker so will stand up on its own. Wafer paper is thinner and can curl up slightly. Photos taken inside or that are poor image quality do print better on wafer card.
We recommend sticking your icing cupcake toppers onto a thicker piece of sugar paste with edible glue or you can use a few droplets of water, don’t use too much otherwise the toppers will dissolve, then leave these to dry over night before placing on top of your buttercream swirl.
Photos need to be a JPEG, PDF or PNG file over 600px in size with plenty of background space so the image can be cropped to a circle.

Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery. There is NO tracking number provided with this service. Royal mail only AIM to delivery within this time frame Mon-Saturday.
These services are not guaranteed and can take longer to arrive in some areas, do allow 7-10 working days before contacting us, so its best to order 1-2 weeks before you need the cake topper. Order at your own risk, no refund will be offered it is doesn’t arrive as quick as you hoped.
FREE SHIPPING on All orders over £25 will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail 48 Tracked 2-4 working days – higher value orders will need to be signed for.
We also offer the following tracked postage options which you can add when you checkout and pay.
Royal mail 24 Tracked: from £3.55 – AIM to deliver within 1-2 working days, most orders do arrive next day before 8pm and you don’t have to be home to sign for.
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: from £2.75 – AIM to deliver within 2-4 working days, most orders arrive on the 2nd day but can take longer and you don’t have to be home to sign for it.
Urgent Special Next Day before 1pm Delivery, from £7.75 this option you MUST be home to sign for it between 8am-1pm as its classed as urgent.
Orders being delivered to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Scottish Borders can take an extra 2-5 days on top of these times, please take this in to account when placing your order.
The turnaround time may be subject to change based on demand. If we believe the processing time will be more than 24 hours or during annual leave or during a bank holiday then we will inform you. You will still be able to place you order but please be aware of this.
