For Pre-Designed Cake/Cupcake Toppers
If ordered before 10.30am on Monday – Friday ( working day ), we aim to print and post the same day, all orders placed after 10.30am on a Friday wont be posted until after the weekend/bank holiday.
For Create your Own / Photo Cake Toppers
We aim to print and dispatch your order within 24 hours or same day if possible, if your image is use-able, if not we will contact you via email, this may delay the printing process.
The turnaround time may be subject to change based on demand. If we believe the processing time will be more than 24 hours or during annual leave, holidays or postal strikes then we will inform you. You will still be able to place you order but please be aware of this.
***PLEASE NOTE***
When the images are printed out onto icing sheets, the colour may not be exactly the same shade as what you see on your screen. It tends to be a few shades different, but not usually that noticeable. We use the best software and printers, our icing sheets are of the highest quality and our customers always comment on high print quality compared to other vendors they have used in the past.
It also depends on the quality of the original image. All of the images that we provide are high resolution, and you can tell the difference. If it looks low quality, pixelated or blurred on the screen then imagine what this will look like on your cake or treats please bear this in mind if you are shopping around.
If you are sending us a photo / image then the better quality (the higher resolution) you can provide, the clearer and crisp the image will be. We are responsible for any poor quality photos / images that are sent to us, we will do our best to change the colours and brightness of the image to get the best print results but we are not able to make images clearer. We will email you if the photo isn’t up to our standards or we will find a better one if we can?
Please note we can’t print some colours using edible inks on our inkjet printers for example, purples are very hard to print, these come out darker, we can’t print teal, duck egg or some shades of green, these come out more blue. If you require a exact colour match i would suggest buying 1 sheet as a sample to see how your logo looks, as images also print different on wafer paper, wafer card and icing.
Delivery United Kingdom
Royal Mail 2nd Class from £1.75 – NO Tracking
Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. There is NO tracking number provided with this service. Royal mail only AIM to delivery within this time frame Mon-Friday.
Royal Mail 1st Class from £2.45 – NO Tracking
Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery. There is NO tracking number provided with this service. Royal mail only AIM to delivery within this time frame Mon-Saturday.
We only post Monday-Friday, we do not post on weekends/Bank Holidays. Your order can arrive Mon-Sat Only – no post arrives on Sundays.
This is not a guaranteed service and can take longer to arrive in some areas, do allow 7-10 working days before contacting us, so its best to order 1-2 weeks before you need the cake topper. Order at your own risk, no refund will be offered it is doesn’t arrive as quick as you hoped.
Northern Ireland and outside UK Mainland can take longer.
FREE SHIPPING on All orders over £25 will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail 48 Tracked 2-4 working days – higher value orders will need to be signed for.
Urgent (Special Next Day before 1pm Delivery – must be Signed for) from £7.75
1-2 Working Days – 99% are arriving next day ( Monday-Friday ONLY) – can arrive between 8am- 1pm, you must be home to receive your parcel and will require a signature upon arrival – No special delivery will be left – Tracking number provided if needed, must order before 10.30am Monday-Friday for 1-2 working day delivery – this does seem to be arriving on saturdays at the moment too.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked from £3.55
Royal Mail 24 Tracked should arrive within 1-2 working days after your order has been posted, you will get a notification via email or via mobile with tracking details. Most orders should fit through your letterbox but high value orders will need to be signed for.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked should arrive within 2-4 working days after your order has been posted, you will get a notification via email or via mobile with tracking details. Most orders should fit through your letterbox but High value orders will need to be signed for.
We do not post on weekends, all orders received after 10.30am on a Friday wont be posted until after the weekend on the Monday, or after a Bank Holiday. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays.
