Please read carefully the following terms and conditions (the Terms or Terms of Use), because they constitute a binding agreement between you and All Cakes and Sizes Ltd ( ediblecaketoppers.co.uk). By accessing the Website or by using any of its services, you indicate your acceptance to these Terms. If you do not agree with any or all the Terms of Use, you may not access the Website or use any of its services. The intellectual property rights in the Website, including copyrights, trademarks, trade names, patents, trade secrets, work methods and processes, and any other right, are the sole property of Edible Cake Toppers UK or of third parties by whom Edible Cake Toppers UK was licensed according to law. These rights apply, among others, to any textual and non-textual information, including menus, images, graphic design, data and its processing, the Website’s computer code and any other detail concerning its operation.
You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, sell market and translate any information, including trademarks, images, pictures, texts and computer code from the Website, without receiving Edible Cake Toppers UK explicit prior consent in writing.
Trademarks appearing on the Website (whether registered or not), the name of Edible Cake Toppers UK and its trademarks as well as the Website Domain name are the sole property of Edible Cake Toppers UK and of food and dining venues. Please note the fee charged for items is for Edible Cake Toppers UK creative service’s and the time spent personalising your edible image which is permitted for one-time personal use and the materials used.
All items are not licensed products; all character images used are free and not being sold. We do not sell or claim ownership over the character clip-art or graphics; they belong to their respective copyright holders.
Many of the items listed here at Edible Cake Toppers UK are made up of designs supplied to us by customers. Therefore it is not always possible to check the origins of individual designs. If you feel or are aware that any items here at Edible Cake Toppers UK infringes any copyright please email us and if genuine we will remove any offending material within 24 Hours. We strive to ensure that all designs do not infringe anyone’s copyright, and will do our utmost to rectify any and all instances of infringement.
Processing
Standard UK Delivery is sent via Royal Mail allow 2-5 Working Days – ( Mon-Fri ) NO Tracking
Please note we only post Monday – Friday – ( and no post arrives on Sundays )
This is not a guaranteed service and this can take longer to arrive in some areas, do allow 7 working days before contacting us, so its best to order 1-2 weeks before you need the cake topper.
When submitting your order please ensure you state the correct (Date Required By) as we are very busy with weekly orders from local cake makers/businesses and it is a great help to us to provide this information to know whether your order must be dispatched that day/next day or closer to the date.
When processing orders we aim to dispatch all pre-designed ordered before 10.30am the same working day and all create your own/photo cake toppers within 24 hours, please do allow a few extra days for delivery.
We post orders on weekdays Monday – Friday Only, we do not post over the weekend/bank holidays.
We post all orders with Royal Mail 48 within United Kingdom, which usually arrives within 2-5 working days. Other faster shipping options with tracking are provided at checkout.
If the date required is over 7 days later then we will hold your order back and post out closer to the time so your order arrives at its best.
Exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed on edible prints due to the edible inks used. Certain colours are harder to colour match, including purple, turquoise, teal, hot pink on icing sheets and grey, yellow and pale shades don’t show up very well on wafer paper or wafer card.
Christmas/Public Holidays/Postal Strikes & Extreme Weather
During Christmas, New Year, postal strikes or extreme weather conditions, please be aware that the shipping times may be subject to change. Will we ensure items are posted as soon as possible during these times to allow for such delays rather than using the (Date Required By).
During annual busy periods such as Christmas/New Year once the item is shipped either the same day or the next working day we will not accept responsibility for postal delays based on usual shipping times. It is up to you the customer to understand there may be delays and to allow extra time for shipping during these periods.
Late Orders
Please use delivery section as a guide to estimate when you should contact us regarding a late delivery. The eta starts from the date of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notice via email.
If it is within the time frame estimated it is not yet classed as late.
For UK customers, if your item hasn’t arrived on the 8th working day after dispatch let us know so we can send out a replacement the same day for small orders, for large orders of 3 sheets or more please wait 15 working days before contacting us.
If such an event should occur please contact us as soon as you can so we can try to get a replacement out to you before the date of your event.
Goods returned to us due to non-collection, incorrect address supplied or buyer refusing delivery will not be refunded, only offered to be re-sent at the buyers cost.
Returns & Refunds
We do not except returns on orders, items cannot be re-used or resold due to food hygiene reasons. If there has been a grammatical error on your item and we are at fault we will replace the item or offer a refund but only if there is not enough time to resend the item.
In the event of incorrect printing, on production of photographic evidence, we will reprint your order free of charge.
