Free Postage (UK Only) On all cake topper orders -and all orders are sent 1st class within 24hours of the order being placed online or same day if we can, all orders placed over the weekend are posted on monday (excluding bank holidays)

All cake topper orders placed on line includes free delivery within the UK. All cake topper orders will be sent via royal mail 1st class and should arrive within 3-5 working days. This time frame includes 1 day for your order to be printed and posted. This is only an estimate and isn't guanteened as we can't control royal mail and sometimes post is delayed and can take upto 15 working days to arrive so please order in plenty of time as our toppers have a min of 6 months shelf life.

We ship to the UK and the following European Countries only:

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

All items will be packaged in A4 cardboard backed envelopes and any additional packaging necessary to reduce the chance of damage in transit..

Once payment has been received we will aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Please allow 2 days for orders to be printed and dispatched. Orders which have been placed friday pm onwards, due to the high volumn of orders placed over the weekends orders are now being dispatched mon/tues, please pay for special if you need the items before thursday the following week, free shipping may not arrive on time.

Items should arrive within the following timescale, however we can not guarantee this on behalf of the Royal Mail, therefore please allow 28 days for delivery.

You must wait 15 working days before contacting us about a missing parcel and 20 working days for european orders, only after this time we can file a claim and send out a replacement order. Standard delivery and Airmail only includes £32 insurance cover, so if you order is over £32 in value then we strongly reconmend you send your order with a special delivery which includes £500 insurance.

• UK Free shipping 3-5 days ( Non urgent orders)
  Parcels will be sent with Royal mail 1st  class and should arrive within 3-5 working days. Please allow longer during Bank Holidays. Insured up to £32. No Tracking. If you don't have a postcode them you must pick international signed for as your postage option and pick your country when you check out. 

• Special Saturday Delivery (Must order before 10pm thurs night) ( Urgent and High Value Orders) from £8.45 and then will increase depedning on the weight of your order. You must order before 10pm Thurs Night for you order to arrive saturday between 8-1pm) Tracking available and insured up to £500. 
• Special 2 Day Delivery ( Must order before 10pm for 2 working day delivery)- from £6.25 and will then increase depending on the weight of your order
  You must order before 10pm for you order to dispatched the next working day, doesn't include weekends or bank holidays. Then your order will arrive the following working day. So if you order before 10pm monday night your order will arrive wednesday. This option is for Urgent and High Value Orders and is Insured up to £500. Tracking available.

• Airmail Europe International Signed For (5-9 days Delivery Time)- from 6.85 and will then increase depending on the weight of your order
  Order being sent to europe are sent via International signed for where your item must be signed for a proof of delivery and is quickest service we offer. Parcels are insured up to £32. (There is a maximum weight for this service of 2kgs and he dimensions of the box cannot add up to more than 90cm i.e Height + Length + Width) We will contact you if this happens and your order can't be sent.
