ORDERS- If you think you have placed an order online but haven't received any order process, payment or dispatch emails from us within 48hrs then your order didn't go through and you must have lost connection when trying to pay, if your not sure please contact us to check before trying to order again.
Sorry but we can't take orders or payments over the phone they must be placed online. We now ONLY take debit/credit cards via sage pay a secure payment page.
If buying a create your own, or photo cake topper please buy the topper online first then email over your image/s as a jpeg or other image files plus your order number to ediblecaketopper@aol.com
All our toppers are printed to order and have a very long shelf life of 6-12 months so its best to order as early as you can to give time for them to arrive via royal mail.
We try and dispatch orders within 24hours, so if you order today your order will be in the post tomorrow excluding bank holidays and weekends, all orders placed on fri, sat and sun will be posted mon.
All images need to be emailed direct to us as a JPEG image file to ediblecaketopper@aol.com
