ORDERS- If you think you have placed an order online but haven't received any order process, payment or dispatch emails from us within 48hrs then your order didn't go through and you must have lost connection when trying to pay, if your not sure please contact us to check before trying to order again.
Sorry but we can't take orders or payments over the phone they must be placed online. We now ONLY take debit/credit cards via sage pay a secure payment page.
If buying a create your own, or photo cake topper please buy the topper online first then email over your image/s as a jpeg or other image files plus your order number to info@ediblecaketoppers.co.uk
All our toppers are printed to order and have a very long shelf life of 6-12 months, but i find it best to have them 1-4 weeks before so the colours are still nice and bright, if you order over 2 weeks before we will hold back your order and post out closer to your party date.

We try and dispatch orders within 24hours, so if you order today your order will be in the post tomorrow excluding bank holidays and weekends, all orders placed on fri, sat and sun will be posted mon.
All images need to be emailed direct to us as a JPEG image file to info@ediblecaketoppers.co.uk

IF YOUR TOPPERS ARE NOT FREEZING OR COMING OF THE BACKING SHEET, THEN YOU MUST PUT THEM IN THE OVEN TO DRY OUT AS THEY ARE NOW TO WET FROM BEING IN THE FREEZER FOR TOO LONG. PLEASE SEE INSTRUCTIONS SHEET TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO, ALL TOPPERS WILL COME OF THE BACKING SHEET IF THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE FOLLOWED CORRECTLY. IF YOU NEED HELP OR ADVICE PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL US, PLEASE DON'T JUST TRY AND PEEL THEM OF AS THEY WILL RIP AS THEY ARE PAPER THIN.
